Product Set-up

Our products ship fully assembled, without any extra burden on the customer. Unpack your beautiful new display from the shipping pallet, remove the plywood kick-strips, level the shelves at your desired height, and enjoy the view!

**Note, we recommend any wallcase displays to be fastened to an adjacent wall for the risk of tipping.

Customer Responsibilities

Truck Must Be Met at Delivery Location

The customer is responsible for meeting the truck at the delivery location. Failure to meet the truck will incur additional re-delivery, storage, or return shipment charges. Any charges we receive from a missed or failed delivery will be passed on to the customer at cost.

Doors and Pathways

Items that ship by truck/freight are generally large items. Please ensure all doors and pathways are large enough for the ordered product (s). Generally, a width of at least 36” is required. Corners and stairwells may require larger widths for maneuvering.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges if the items ordered do not fit through doors or pathways. This includes initial and/or re-delivery charges, storage fees, or return shipping.

Loading and Unloading

It is the customer's responsibility to supply pallet jacks and/or forklifts for the unloading of merchandise. Freight companies include just one driver for deliveries. The driver is not required to transport freight off their trucks and into buildings or homes. Please contact us if you require inside delivery, before/after hours delivery or have other special delivery requests.

What Qualifies as a Loading Dock?

A loading dock is required for standard commercial dock-to-dock delivery. This shipping option utilizes trucks without a lift gate that need to back up to an elevated loading dock. A loading dock is not the same as a receiving/loading area. An elevated commercial loading dock allows a shipping truck to back up and roll the pallet(s) with just a pallet jack.

comparison of acceptable and non acceptable dock types showing two small, non-elevated doors as unacceptable, and one elevated loading dock with proper sizing and height as acceptable
